The Violent Youth are a german/russian Synth Pop duo from Augsburg, Germany, consisting of Arthur Tsymbal (Vocal, Synthesizers) and Egor Ivakhnenko (Synthesizer). They construct melancholic 1980s-inspired synth-pop music. 2014 released their first Album “Loud” and played their first Liveshows in Belarus und Russia. With their second Album - Discotheque, TVY changed their sound. The sound got darker, the lyrics deeper. After “Discotheque” was released, TVY played at the one of the biggest Belarusian music festivals “FSP” und the first European live shows in Germany and Belgium. With their new album “Distant” The Violent Youth are going to play their first big European tour to show a brand new analogue sound in their music together with the lyric themes from love to politics. ____________________________ The Violent Youth sind ein deutsch/russisches Synthpop Duo aus Augsburg,Deutschland, bestehend aus Arthur Tsymbal (Vocal, Synthesizers) und Egor Ivakhnenko (Synthesizers). Inspiriert von 1980s synth- pop Musik, kreieren The Violent Youth einen melancholisch klingenden Sound. 2014 veröffentlichten sie ihr erstes Album Loud und spielten erste Liveshows in Weißrussland und Russland. Mit ihrem zweiten Album Discotheque änderte sich die Grundstimmung ihrer Musik,sie wurde düsterer und die Texte tiefsinniger. Nachdem Discotheque veröffentlicht wurde, traten TVY auf einem der größten Musik-Festivals “FSP” auf und spielten ihre ersten europäischen Gigs in Deutschland und Belgien. Am 1. April 2019 wird nun von Young And Cold Records ihr neues Album Distant erscheinen, mit welchem das Duo ihre erste europäische Tour geplant hat.
